An active TeamGraphika Commercial License allows you to 3D print and sell physical products made from our eligible designs.

The license is available through our Patreon and Thangs3D memberships.

You May

• 3D print TeamGraphika designs for personal or commercial use.
• Sell physical 3D-printed products made from our designs.
• Sell online, in stores, at markets, conventions, and similar venues.
• Choose your own colors, materials, print settings, and selling price.
• Add simple personalization such as names or minor modifications.

There are no royalty or per-item fees while your commercial license is active.

You May Not

• Sell, share, upload, or distribute our STL, 3MF, STEP, CAD, or other digital files.
• Give our digital files to customers, other sellers, or third parties.
• Upload our files to marketplaces, file-sharing websites, or other membership platforms.
• Claim our original designs as your own.
• Resell, transfer, or sublicense your commercial license.
• Use our designs for molds, injection molding, factory production, or other large-scale manufacturing without written permission.

Modifying a TeamGraphika model does not transfer ownership of the original design to you.

Active Membership Required

Your commercial license is valid only while you have an active membership that includes commercial licensing.

If your membership ends, you may continue selling physical products that were already printed while your license was active, but you may not produce additional items until your commercial license becomes active again.

Intellectual Property

All TeamGraphika digital designs remain the property of TeamGraphika unless otherwise stated.

Some designs may contain or reference third-party trademarks, logos, characters, brands, or other protected intellectual property. The TeamGraphika Commercial License does not grant rights to third-party intellectual property.

You are responsible for ensuring that the products you sell comply with the laws and marketplace rules applicable to you.

Excluded Designs

Some models may be marked Personal Use Only, Not for Commercial Use, or may have separate licensing terms.

When a model has its own license, that license takes priority over these general terms.
